Responsibilities 

  • Supporting REEV’s market entry operations in the U.S. for the launch of its flagship product.
  • Driving customer acquisition efforts to build a strong client base.
  • Managing customer onboarding to ensure a seamless introduction to the product.
  • Providing ongoing customer support to address inquiries and maintain satisfaction.
  • Contributing to product iterations based on user feedback and market insights.
  • Establishing and fostering distribution partnerships to enhance market reach.
  • Participating in strategic business development initiatives to identify and explore opportunities in new verticals.
  • Helping to expand REEV’s overall market presence and influence.

Contract :

4-6 month internship, full-time in Boston, remuneration according to profile

Activities 

  • Customer Acquisition: Mapping orthotics and rehabilitation clinics, implementing a commercial pipeline, conducting outreach to prospects, and creating a network. 
  • Customer Onboarding: Conducting in-person or remote product demos and providing training to therapists. 
  • Customer Support: Monitoring product usage, and engaging in regular discussions with clinicians. 
  • Product Iteration: Synthesizing user feedback and collaborating with our product team for continuous improvement of REEV SENSE. 
  • Distribution Partnerships: Identifying medical distributors and engaging in commercial negotiations to facilitate larger-scale distribution of REEV SENSE. 

What we are looking for

  • Enrollment Requirements: Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with a preference for those specializing in Business or Medicine. Applicants from other fields will also be considered.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including a friendly demeanor and exceptional communication capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-driven approach characterized by autonomy, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn independently.
  • Technological Interest: A genuine interest in emerging technologies such as robotics and artificial intelligence.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrated enthusiasm, ambition, curiosity, and openness to constructive feedback.
