About the Position
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at REEV, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and spreading the word about our groundbreaking technology. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, working closely with our commercial team to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. Your ability to engage prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of REEV SENSE & DREEVEN will be crucial in advancing our mission to improve mobility and independence for individuals with neurological walking disorders.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the healthcare, medical device, and rehabilitation industries.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in SENSE & DREEVEN.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit for our solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Perform virtual and in-person product demonstrations, initiate product trials, and close business.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Track and manage all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Contribute to building and refining our sales processes to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates to communicate value to prospects effectively.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in healthcare-related fields, marketing, or business).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to engage, build rapport, and establish relationships with decision-makers.
- Motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and social media platforms for prospecting and outreach.
- A genuine interest in the healthcare and rehabilitation field, specifically in helping individuals with neurological walking disorders regain their independence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
